The latest research done by few cruise line companies in the UK shows that people over 40 like going on luxury cruises than people from other ages. Seems like all of M4 corridor likes going on cruises. I am only joking. This research started two years ago in June, they wanted to see if the audience will change in that period of time. They have been able to figure out their target market from this research.
80% of the audience had been people who were aged 40 and over in last two years. Remaining 20% were children and people under 40. 0.25% from that 20% were people from age 20 to 30, which is very surprising to be honest. At that age people are at University and after that they racing to get a good job and trying to make it big in the World. 20 to 30 is the time when you have to work very hard to get somewhere in your life, no time for cruise holidays and also don’t think if you have money then either. Most of us are on debt after University because of the loans we borrowed from the Local Education Authority, so cannot afford a cruising holiday.
People over 40 have had few years to save money or they are obviously doing well in your life. As you get more experience you tend to get job offers with more money, then you can save for luxury cruises. The research was very interest, which was done by MSC cruises & Windstar Cruises in finding out who their target audiences were.

Lost in the sense that you will actually get lost in its beauty! much like the rest of the Caribbean islands, this one is just as glorious as you would expect it to be. Bermuda is best known for its glorious beaches and some of the fantastic diving opportunities that surround it. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, then the only one i will recommend on this island is the Coco Reef hotel!

Bermuda holidays have benefited greatly from the sports side of things as well. Cricket is the nation’s national sport and because of its positioning in the West Indies, Cricket is very popular here. Newcomers and tourists are welcome to join the locals in a few games of cricket! You will also find that golf is another one of the big sports here! Speaking of various sports, Bermuda is also very well known for having the most in terms of percentage of land to amount of golf course coverage.
Evidently diving and a whole manner of water sports are very popular here. The climate here is of a tropical nature, which means that it is perfect for all of you sea lovers! Travelling to the United States for a long or short trip offers so many possibilities. This part of the globe has something to suit people of all ages. The Isle of South Uist is found in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. The islands which are inhabited are North Uist, South Uist, Lewis, Isle of Harris, Barra, Benbecula and Eriskay plus hundreds of islands which are uninhabited. In the article below I introduce the island of South Uist and describe why the island is such a great place in which to have a short vacation, also I suggest some South Uist hotels.
The islands of the Hebrides are unique, they feature totally unique kinds of flora and fauna in a spectacular countryside with some of the most awesome coastline in the United Kingdom. The culture of the Hebrides is a fascinating blend of Norse, Celtic and Gaelic influences, which could also be said to be unique.
On the island of South Uist, particularly in the west, you will discover the most beautiful beaches and a little inland large patches land known as machair. Machair is unique to this part of the world, it is a kind of incredibly fertile, low-lying meadow which features masses of wildflowers during the spring and summer months. Sadly the golf course was damaged and it is in need of restoration before it can be once again played upon however you will find many other places to play golf across the islands.
Of course South Uist features masses of opportunities to enjoy a vast array of sports. Water sports such as surfing are immensely popular and nearly everybody can enjoy a spot of rambling. Other than golf the most popular sport remains fishing though more cyclists appear annually.
Even though the island does not have masses of galleries and museums it has sufficient to keep visitors entertained during wet weather. Museums like Kildonan Museum focus on local life and the islands association with Bonnie Prince Charlie and Flora MacDonald.

The latest research done by few cruise line companies in the UK shows that people over 40 like going on luxury cruises than people from other ages. Seems like all of M4 corridor likes going on cruises. I am only joking. This research started two years ago in June, they wanted to see if the audience will change in that period of time. They have been able to figure out their target market from this research.
80% of the audience had been people who were aged 40 and over in last two years. Remaining 20% were children and people under 40. 0.25% from that 20% were people from age 20 to 30, which is very surprising to be honest. At that age people are at University and after that they racing to get a good job and trying to make it big in the World. 20 to 30 is the time when you have to work very hard to get somewhere in your life, no time for cruise holidays and also don’t think if you have money then either. Most of us are on debt after University because of the loans we borrowed from the Local Education Authority, so cannot afford a cruising holiday.
People over 40 have had few years to save money or they are obviously doing well in your life. As you get more experience you tend to get job offers with more money, then you can save for luxury cruises. The research was very interest, which was done by MSC cruises & Windstar Cruises in finding out who their target audiences were.

- This is one of the most fantastic of all the beaches, the Casuarinas Beach in St Vincent and the Grenadines. It all depends on how you have envisaged it! With the coconut trees and empty palm trees all over the beach and grassland. It really does have the feeling of a castaway island!
- Jamaica, Negril Beach: Considered by some as the place for couples to be when they go on holiday! You can enjoy sunbathing naked in many of the beaches around here! Although there are some annoying locals, with the occasional whistle, this is probably the most attractive of all the beaches in Jamaica! This beach is nowhere near as busy as the more popular beach on the 7 mile long beach!
Caribbean holidays, Barbados holidays and Jamaica holidays are enjoyable for everyone. If Jamaica is the place for you, then make sure that you go without the entire family, just take your partner!

The Maldives is one of the greatest places on the planet to visit. There are so many hotels and resorts in the Maldives, one occupying an entire islet, there are over one thousand islets in total! The Maldives is an idyllic blue seas and white beaches holiday location. The Maldives doesn’t offer all that much to do, all you can enjoy is some time to relax! Each of the hotels is of very high quality ranging from 4-5 stars. The Maldives is often thought of as one of the most luxurious locations to go on holiday! Being working on cruise boats for several years as a photographer gave me the chance to meet many different people. I would say that being in a boat for 2 or more weeks generates some very different dynamics compared to the time we spend on the ground. People seem to be more open and relaxed as admittedly they will accept the fact that the boat is where everything happens from developing a new friendship and flirting with someone to breaking up and divorcing!
A luxury boat that is moving into the seven seas is like a small floating city. One factor many people overlook at is the fact that on board there aren’t just passengers and holiday-makers but also members of staff that have to stay on the boat for long periods of time. Although this is against the regulations, there is a lot of social interaction between the members of stuff and the clients.
The most typical profile a passenger is that he is around 60 years old, retired and wealthy. Although they all belong to different professions and educational backgrounds, the bottom line is that the vast majority of them are very successful in their fields. Apart from the expected diplomats, lawyers, architects, doctors and highly credited professionals it’s common to come across shop keepers, vendors and many small scale businessmen. So, education isn’t a key factor although wealth seems to be.
Nevertheless, there is always a smaller percentage of people who are considerably having less but would love to try a luxury cruise. Some of them simply want to experience a different lifestyle which differs from their daily one greatly. Even though I gained most of my experiences on Silversea Cruises boats where I worked, other colleagues that used to work on Oceania Cruises and Cunard Cruises have had similar experiences.
Talking about sports, golf is definitely the king with tenis and polo being popular too. Taking up a luxury cruise for many people could be a ‘once in a lifetime’ experience but it is definitely worth it..
